The Hotel has an excellent location. 2 Blocks away from the subway, Starbucks and a nice bakery to have lunch right around the corner and good price. The room is okay, a bit small if you have lots of luggage ( as I did), but the bed was confy, the bathroom is modern, clean and nice shower to relax after walking all day long around the city. The front desk employees are proactives, friendly ( except the girl in the night shift and the bellboy). Overwiew: Me and my mom enjoyed our stay at Thirty- Thirty and I highly recommend the hotel if you´re looking for fair rates ofr the service offered.
Very good and nice room for your money! Bathroom was clean, new and modern (like the bedroom) and relatively large. The bedroom is a bit more tightly spaced, but adequate. Would definitely stay again. Convenient central location too. Recommendable!
Staff was a bit stressed and/or chaotic at times. Maybe a bit understaffed or inefficiently managed? They were friendly enough though and we experienced no problems, so really not a lot to clomplain about.
The location is amazing....2min walk from Empire State Building and 10 mins from Times square! Our room was basic but fine for the little time we spent there and it was cleaned every day.
some rooms to small.said we had queen room but it was tiny.you could only access queen bed from one side (as it was up against the wall) only one locker too.asked to be moved and were accomodated.internet very expensive.if travelling to usa, get a little travel computor.everywhere has free wireless access to internet.would work out cheaper in long run.
Staff were helpful and also pleasant.
Great value-everything worked and the staff was good
Location! If u want to travel around the main attractions and shop in Macy’s, Forever 21, Footlocker etc, u should live there! Hotel room is very clean and quiet. Beds are very comfortable.
The price is relatively very high according to the attitudes of staff there. There are no coffee machine, free access to internet. The worst is the staff sereves very very badly. I hate this hotel!
The twin room I shared with a friend, while small, was extremely comfortable - enough for travelers intent on seeing New York and not just the four walls of a hotel room. The beds were out of this world, and provided a super-comfy rest after a day of touring. The bathroom was an excellent size (quite large compared to the room) and had really nice, modern features. I really fancied the classy Grohe shower mixer and taps. The hotel itself provided a welcomed blast of coolness after trekking through NY in the heat and humidity. The front lobby and reception area were very modern with nice finishes. The hotel-airport transport that was organized on our behalf was superb - real "limo" style with our driver Gorge who appeared within 10 minutes of being rung. While my one night stay was covered by work funds, I would come back for a personal stay for sure. Thank you!
location great staff very pleasant room
the sink in the bathroom is too small no storage in bathroom not enough wardrobe space in main room 1 small wardrobe the room occupancy is for max of 6 people there were only 3 of us but we stayed 7 nights
Location close to %th Avenue
The room is too dark - because of renovation the window is constantly blind
Loved your hotel, bed and bedding were the best I’ve ever had in a hotel room. Staff were really helpful and friendly especially when I was shown the first room I was put into. The air con unit was on the window ledge behind the bed!!! So noisy when the engineer came up to see to it I could hardly hear what he was saying. His name was Cedric and showed me to a lovely room which was great.
No cons that I can think of. Also loved the restaurant with the amazing pizzas.
Hotel location is perfect for city trip, close to 5th avenue, nice restaurants and bars around. Quite noise at night if you face the street, did not bother us too much though. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room was quite small for 2 people but if you do not plan to stay there you do not need more to rash at night. Very cosy and clean. Nice and comfortable bed. I did not get that if you want your room cleaned you need to put a sign on the door so I did not have it cleaned until the evening when I noticed it. So just make sure you do it when you leave the room.
The sleek design of the lobby and rooms. The helpful staff at reception. The location to convenient shopping and eating.
Smart hotel, very good location, good friendly staff- would come back again
no bar but I appreciate this was a short term problem due to change of owner
The entire staff was amazing! The housekeeping staff were very sweet. Nobody ever mentions the housekeeping staff. We were So impressed. The hotel itself was beautiful and elegant and a great central location for us. We definitely want to stay here again.
